Kitten Wellness

(For kittens 6 weeks to 4 months of age)

Georgetown Animal Clinic, PC’s Kitten Wellness Program is designed to provide your kitten with comprehensive medical care, nutritional guidance, and behavioral counseling at an affordable cost. This program helps ensure your kitten grows up healthy, safe, and well-adjusted.

Our Kitten Wellness Program Includes:

• 3–4 Wellness Exams: Scheduled based on your kitten’s age at the first visit.
• Vaccinations:
  • 2–3 Feline Distemper/Parvo series (protection against Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia Virus)
  • 2 Feline Leukemia (FeLV) vaccines
  • 1 Rabies vaccination
• Testing:
  • 1 Feline Leukemia test
• Fecal Exams & Deworming:
  • 1–2 fecal exams to check for intestinal parasites
  • 2 in-hospital deworming procedures
• Preventive Care:
  • 6 tubes of Revolution for monthly control of heartworm, intestinal parasites, ear mites, and fleas
  • Ear smear to check for ear mites
• Counseling: Guidance on flea control, diet, and behavior
• Kitten Wellness Bag: Includes a toy, toothpaste, flea comb, and other helpful items

Important Note:
When your kitten reaches 5–7 months of age, spaying or neutering is recommended. Please note that spay/neuter is not included in the Kitten Wellness Plan.
