• 2 Comprehensive Physical Exams spaced 6 months apart
• CBC (Complete Blood Count): Includes manual blood smear evaluation and white blood cell differential to check for anemia, infection, and establish baseline values
• Chemistry Blood Panel: 10 tests to evaluate major organ function, including liver and kidney
• Heartworm Blood Test (dogs)
• Urine Screening (dogs)
• Tick-Borne Disease Screening (dogs): Tests for Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma
• In-Hospital Deworming (cats)
• 1–2 Fecal Exams
• All Annual Vaccines* (Rabies, Leptospirosis, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, Feline Leukemia)
• 25% Discount on flea/tick control and heartworm prevention
• 25% Discount on any additional non-wellness exam fees**
• Complete Dental Evaluation
• 10% Discount on non-emergency dental procedures
• 10% Discount on further diagnostics recommended during wellness exams, which may include:
  • Eye pressure testing
