Appointment Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please call our office at 716-633-7123 at least 24 hours in advance. Providing adequate notice allows us to care for another patient during that time.

A late cancellation is an appointment canceled without 24 hours’ notice. A missed appointment occurs when a client neither calls nor arrives for the scheduled visit.

After two late cancellations and/or missed appointments, we require a non-refundable deposit before scheduling future appointments:

• Office visits: deposit equal to the exam fee
• Drop-off procedures or surgical appointments: $100 deposit

Deposits will be applied toward the balance of the visit.

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Repeated issues with appointments may result in additional measures to ensure scheduling fairness for all clients.
