Doctor's Hours by Appointment Only! Please call (716) 633-7123 between 8 am and 5 pm to schedule an appointment. This will minimize your waiting time and allow you to see a specific doctor if desired.

Surgical and Inpatient Procedures

Surgical and inpatient procedures are performed Monday through Friday. Admission for surgery is by appointment and takes place between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. You are welcome to call at any time during our regular business hours for an update on your pet’s condition.

All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations to be admitted for hospitalization or outpatient procedures.

For the safety of your pet, any procedure requiring sedation, anesthesia, or bloodwork for dogs and cats requires an overnight fast. We recommend removing food after 9:00 PM the evening prior to admission. Water IS NOT RESTRICTED.

Talking to a Doctor by Phone

We understand that there are times when you may wish to speak directly with a veterinarian. If the doctor is available, he or she will take your call. If not, we will gladly take your name and phone number and have the doctor return your call as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please inform the Client Care Representative so that we can schedule you for the earliest possible appointment.

Payment

Full payment for services rendered is due at the conclusion of each office visit or upon discharge of a hospitalized pet.

A written estimate will be provided at the time of surgical or emergency admission. No procedure will be performed without your permission.

We accept all major credit cards as well as CareCredit. We also honor all veterinary insurance plans.
