IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR APPOINTMENT AND PRESCRIPTION PICKUPS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

In order to continue to provide the needed veterinary care to your pet, while keeping you and our team safe, WE ARE NO LONGER HAVING CLIENTS ENTER THE BUILDING

• UPON ARRIVAL TO OUR HOSPITAL, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR AND CALL US AT 633-7123
• We will transfer your call to a technician or assistant who will take a history of your pet’s health and any concerns you may have
• She will then come to your car and get your pet from you OUTSIDE OF YOUR VEHICLE, OR AT THE BEGINNING OF OUR WALKWAY
• The veterinarian will do a full examination of your pet WHILE YOU WAIT IN YOUR CAR
• We will call you with any findings and to discuss any recommended treatment if needed
• Payment will be completed over the phone, with credit cards preferred over cash or checks

WE WILL BRING YOUR PET BACK TO YOU WITH YOUR RECEIPT AND ANY MEDICATIONS TO GO HOME

IF YOU ARE ONLY PICKING UP MEDICATIONS OR FOOD:

• PLEASE CALL AHEAD WITH PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE
• UPON ARRIVAL TO OUR HOSPITAL, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR AND CALL US AT 633-7123 AND WE WILL BRING YOUR ITEMS WITH RECEIPT OUT TO YOU

PLEASE, IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME. We pledge to do the same. Have a friend or family member bring in your pet.
