Dr. Scott Newman, owner of Georgetown Animal Clinic, P.C. received his B.S. from Cornell University's College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and his DVM from the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University in 1995. He joined the Georgetown Animal Clinic, PC team in 1997.
Dr. Scott has served on the board of The Pet Emergency Fund, and the Greater Buffalo Veterinary Services.
Dr. Scott's professional interests include pain management, anesthesia, and ferret medicine.
He is an avid Sabres fan and enjoys reading, going to the gym, hiking, playing recreational hockey and spending time with his wife and two boys. He currently has two dogs: "Teppo" and "Gus", a Guinea Pig named "Spunky" and 14 fish.
